Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a DWERKS HOSTING plan, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to new hosting and reseller plan purchases, monthly or annual.

Renewals. If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will review it. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from Billing in your dashboard.

Domain registrations. Domain name registrations, renewals and transfers are paid to the registry at the moment of purchase and are non-refundable once registered. This is a registry restriction, not a DWERKS HOSTING one.

How to request a refund. Purchases are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record. Request a refund at paddle.net using the email address you used at checkout, or open a support ticket from your dashboard and we will handle it for you.

Processing time. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks typically take 3–10 business days to show the credit.
